• Offer feedback on AHSHAY projects and organizational practices 
• Connect with other youth leaders 
• Engage in joy-centered activities that support your leadership journey
• Access free therapy through the Washington Therapy Fund Foundation
• Earn $75/hour

• October 2026 – October 2027 (flexible) 
• 3-6 hours per month

• 17-21 year olds 
• Passion for AHSHAY’s mission and interest in sharing voice as a leader
